If it's the same as the one Subaru puts in the FB motors it should make quite a difference in warm up time. I had one installed in my Crosstrek at the dealer before I picked it up and that thing was fantastic. I'd plug it in at night when I got home from work and the car was warm and it would keep the water circulating all night. You could hear it and feel it moving through the upper rad hose. Even if it was below 0(F) I could get in the car in the morning and it was ready to go and the heat would come up immediately, the blue light on the dashboard wouldn't even come on.
