As far as tires, I'm thinking General Grabber AT2
I'm not really a fan of lift spacers because they don't add any actual travel, just ground clearance. They have their uses but your suspension wont deal with bumps any better.

Would recommend a good strong wheel from a reputable brand. On the lesser expensive side, the 16x7 +35 Sparco Terra will do the trick.
