Not one necessarily requiring you to cut out a hole. One could be made with a driver side hole only, and an entirely separate part with only the passenger side hole. You purchase the one you need.

Although I've been thinking.... Maybe someone could just use the existing exhaust hole covers available on the market, glue, fill the crease with body filler, smooth out, then use vinyl to wrap the whole diffuser so it looks smooth.

this is for 2017+ models. The rear diffuser is not removable on these models. I believe on the earlier models (1st gen if you want to call it that) are removable but I could be wrong its the only model Ive seen with them removed
