You sure it was S660? Would be interesting to see S660 coming to US, but don't think that thing gonna be safe in US. I had a chance to drive S660 in Japan and by any means, they're comfortable for big/tall person. I'm 5'9"ish w 190 lbs (back then) and it was pretty tight fit. It's so small it make Prius looks huge sedan. lol If I get hit (in any direction) by F150 or Ram, I'll be expecting to have my legs or arms broken in millions of pieces.
