Yes, because there aren't at least half a dozen low slung modern sports cars out there. I have no idea how you could tell by the headlights, bright blindy things tend to be very hard to see when they are blinding you.
My area has enough of the douchey vape crowd that I'd probably intentionally ignore them anyways unless I knew their car specifically.
