Your goal isn’t unreasonable if your using E85, but the sprintex heat soaks pretty bad after few pulls with no intercooler. The cooler should add about 5% more hp (maybe 10-12whp) but also slows down heatsoak, and cools down heatsoak quicker. so you have more consistent pulls back to back, especially noticeable on a track or even canyon/autox

I just finalized my DT tune for intercooled 210 with stock 75mm pulley on 92octane. Also have ace 250 header and 4.56 FD swap in an auto. With out launching at all, leaving all nannies on, auto shifting, just filled gas tank 100% (Basically not even trying) I logged a 5.7sec 0-60 and 13.9sec 1/4 with draggy. Before the SC the best I got with launching at 2500rpm, all nannies off, manual shifting, 1/3rd tank gas (try hard) was 6.6sec 0-60 and 14.8sec 1/4. Definitely a lot faster and more fun. Just need to manage all that extra heat.

Ouch, i have a manual 13 brz NA style and with half a tank, my fastest 1/4 is 14 flat.
