See, that is my distrust of internet "journalism". They may be close but not close enough to say "this is what it is/will be". The very fact that they can't even get a basic number correct when it has been officially published is enough to make me doubt everything they write. Quite some time ago there was a camera announced that I was interested in.
Two Spanish journos interviewed a couple of officials/techs from the camera company. A feature request question was asked and the tech/engineer dude said something along the lines of "it's possible but we don't know if we will implement it".
It was incredible to see this one point of
translated information morph across the web going from one question being replied to (it wasn't really answered) to this feature
will be incorporated into the new camera. Of course there was no mention of where this info came from.
