Subscribed to this thread. I'm interested in updating my bespoke headunit with a newer one out of a Toyota 86. From the looks of it, the navigation unit and all the wiring/plugs I've gleaned from this thread plug in directly:

Since this is actually going into my older ae86, I have no need for steering wheel controls but I would still like to keep my usb aux functionality
