Not trying to derail the subject, but it's also possible that your CEL and oil leak are unrelated. That lean code you have is most commonly associated with vacuum leaks, exhaust leaks, and sometimes an incorrectly scaled maf on an aftermarket intake. I suggest you first check all of your intake and exhaust connections then have a look at the fuel trims. The code is typically triggered when your fuel trims peg positive. IIRC i think once it gets to +30 it'll throw the code.

Before diving deeper into this, the car is stock, right?
