They repeat on my scanner, one other code is that it's running too lean. The only electrical things I've done to the car is the head lights and the radio. Well those three are all communication issues so it could be in the tranny control unit itself but I am still thinking a wire off someplace. The TCM is up under the dash very close to the radio so you may have loosened something when in there. I am afraid I don't know a pile about the ATs but no doubt somebody that knows more will come along.
If you want to check the connection the service manual has some info on it. The speed sensor is also shown in the tranny section.
