Thanks for all the suggestions, I didn't even think of the option of shipping them to the auto hobby shop, but I'm pretty certain I can do that since I overheard a guy that works at the post office talking about having stuff go there. If you work in a specific building you could always have them mailed there.
Instead of the post office you could also try your units mail room which should have it's own building number. When I was in I never had any issues getting things shipped to my barracks but then again it was an actual town house. When I lived in your average barracks building like a dorm I had to use the unit's mail room.
