Yes, Tcoat. Get a can of compressed air, remove the side (or front or back-whichever comes off when you take out all the screws you can see), get a mask for your face, cover all furniture and fire up the whole house fan.
Fire at the innards of the computer with the compressed till the can is empty.
DO NOT light a cigarette till the dust particles dissipate, because they are explosive.
Put the cover back on and call a home cleaning service to clean your house.
