Also, I don’t want to compromise the warranty of the car by putting/doing stuff in it by me or from others (like Subaru), so I thought it’s safe to let only Toyota touch my car. I have no idea what to do after that so I thought I can just use their pink coolant always? It’s also much cheaper. But I don’t know guys, what’s your opinion/advice?

I'd suggest you use whatever is recommended in your car's maintenance manual.
