I had them put on my first (of 4) winters. I was going to rotate them with my OEM tires (for summer). However, I haven't switched them out for the last 5 years. Why? So, why switch. Now they have 5 years and 24,000 miles (with a 50,000 mile warranty). I figure they will outlast me having the car.

Useful recommendation thanks, first hand experience is the most useful information. The snows I mentioned are way quieter than any other snows I’ve run before, all on 16s or 15s. Way more than they have any right to be.
