Not a lot of them available. The offset range that fits for 17's is the same that will fit with 18's. (+48 to +35 - give or take a few mm.) You will need coilovers to fit 9.5" wide wheels. (or run a low offset and have lots of poke - like +30 to +35) Rubbing: it depends on what tire, how low the coils are set, and how much camber.


There are fewer tire sizes available in 17. So you are limited to 245/40, 255/40, and I guess 265/40 (as they are the same diameter as a 265/35/18 that is popular) Though I have never seen anyone run a 265/40/17.
