Inhibitor is a relay is for the autos and keeps the motor from "cranking" when the car is in anything but park or neutral, it basically by only directing power to the starter circuit in the park or neutral scenario
ST CUT relay is a relay normally used to cut power to something only when the starter is engaging. IGS and STCUT I believe are on auto cars but I would have to check
RR fog relay and fuse is a rear fog light lower in the bumper that we don't use in North america
The rest have been answered, only one I find questionable is the missing RR DEF fuse
