I wouldn't pay 13K, as others say.

Anytime you buy a high mileage car you take a risk. You don't know if the previous driver was flat-foot shifting or doing donuts, etc.

Alternatively, someone looking for a Corolla with 93K miles might find something the looks awesome, but the previous owner only changed the oil every 20,000 miles. Thus when it fails they are baffled because everyone talks about reliability with that model.

If you're worried about it, save up some more cash and get a '14 or '15 with 60K or less miles.
