Mine is at 108k now and in the 90's things started to wear out. The clutch finally gave up the ghost at ~105 and now the rear hub bearings are crapping out and the plugs and serpentine belt probably ought to be done soon too. Other than that it's been regular maintenance stuff like a couple of sets of tires, rear rotors and pads at ~85 and the fronts were just replaced for the first time at 106. There were a couple of issues like the timing cover needed to be resealed and the steering column was replaced but those were (thankfully) under warranty. You should see if you can find a service history on the car before jumping in. I also don't think it's worth much over $10k, maybe 11 if it's rust free and the paint is in good shape.
