Yeah not a lot of information so it's hard to say-especially if you don't know who the owner is. 13k is a lot for a car that'll be at 100,000 in a few months of ownership. That being said, it is a pretty reliable engine. It just depends on what you want and what you value in a car. Does it have all the options and features you want? What are your plans for the car? Do you mind the high mileage or is it just a number? I think you can find a good , newer 6 speed model for like 2 grand more if you look hard enough. Do some research and ask other owners with high mileage twins for information. I'd save up for a better car or offer no more than 10 grand for that one. Good luck man
