Coilover thrust / radial bearing

So i have a set of apexi n1 coilovers, I've developed the twang/thunk sound while turning the wheel from a stop to very slow speeds, 1-5mph. From what i found on google, entry level coilovers w/ pillowball mounts are not designed for street use and causes the spring to bind. Some posts recommend adding a thrust bearing for a fix. So before i order a set of these thrust bearing kits off summit , my question is are these okay? the inner diameter of the apexi spring is 62mm(2.44") and these bearings are 63.5mm (2.5"), should i keep seaching for a thrust beaing w/ a ID of 62mm? are there better options? I see fortune auto sells sealed radial bearings but they use a 60 ID spring so I guess I'm SOL.
