They used to announce dates and the Thunder/Solid Gray/Moonslate was only sprayed in the factory from November 2017 till February 2018.

Same in the US going back to the 2013 FR-S 10 Series. 2,400 10 Series were imported here and sold as exclusive so each got a numbered plaque.
Difficult to say whether Thunder was rarer than Neptune without arrival numbers of both.
Yet 240 Neptunes for the US 2019 MY are planned but Toyota makes no limited run claims. No plaque for them.
Anyway, your Limited Black Grade 4 content is a dream machine compared to our cosmetic only Black GT's.
