198 (stock, as evidenced by the torque curve) -> 209 horsepower is a very, very poor gain. Here is the dyno for the DT tune provided by CSG with the Ace header package.
5.556% gain with the dyno you posted, versus 17.86% gain with a good tune. That's over 3x the gains when tuned properly.
