Speaking of jobs and getting along with bosses.

My boss repeatedly will see something broken or we'll say something in our systems isn't working, and he implies I left it broken and wasn't honest about breaking it, and that I've ignored it for several hours without telling anyone.

This is after me literally telling him in one of our last one-on-one meetings that he keeps doing this and I'm very honest to my teammates when I've fucked something up and would never just let something sit broken.

And when he makes these implications/assumptions it's during team meetings so everybody gets to see me belittled like this and nobody speaks up for me.

This morning something appeared broken, I let a teammate know about it. We've been looking into it since. Right now is our weekly planning meeting. Issue comes up, boss implies it's my fault without, you know, asking what's been done so far about it and what we know about it first.

Then during this meeting 20 mins more into me and another teammate doing further digging, we bring up a possible related issue. Boss goes "oh.. yeah I didn't realize when we used X variable there might be issues due to Y, and so we need to be more careful/deliberate choosing which X to use from a list. Otherwise this issue is quite likely exactly a result of that."

And then nothing; no apology or anything.
