Yeah if the wheels aren't balanced I guess it could contribute to this, but they'd probably give you serious vibration. I have no excuse for being so unobservant, didn't realize you were on aftermarket coilovers.

If it's only 1 tire doing it, I would tear that side apart, wrench everything down to be sure it's tight and re-assemble. I really suspect something loose, letting the adjustment suffer through a rough ride but not enough to affect the alignment you're being given.
