Nice! Seems like you had a good enough of a time there. Curious - have you been to Gingerman and if yes, how does it compare to Grattan? I've only been to Gingerman but have wanted to go to Grattan.
On the seatbelt point - i usually lock the seat belt and then use the back and then up/down lever to get myself tight to the seat. Don't think it beats a proper seat/harness combo but it can get reasonably tight.
