I realized I never made a thread to mention this when I should have, this problem is due to the speakers wiring harness pushing the grill up. Stuff the harness deep in there and you'll be fine. The dealer/SOA figured out this fix for me, 3 weeks now and it's been fine.
Edit: I originally had my speaker grill replaced because they thought it was warped. The grill/clips are NOT the root cause.
