What are your goals for the car?
Daily driver?
Auto-x?
Track days?
Lots of track days?
Time attack?
IMO for a basic DD, you don't really
need the PP. Nice to have, but certainly not a must have. Drive them both and see which suspension you like better. The brembos don't offer much of an advantage on the street other than a slightly better feel and...well...bling. Which is cool. And the OEM PP wheels do look a lot better too.
For some "light" or occasional track days, the PP brembos makes sense and do the job well (just change pads and fluid). The PP shocks do a good job whether you keep the suspension stock or add a set of springs + alignment goodies. Also good for more focused canyon carvers.
For more intense track days or competition, the base car with aftermarket options is a good way to go for many. You'll be replacing the suspension and could do better than the PP brakes.
