1. Don't bother with a new head unit from Toyota, as it will probably be very expensive and not very good. The private for sale forum on here often has OEM units for sale from newer cars. I'll probably be selling mine soon/eventually. There are other options in the aftermarket that are quite good too.

2. Not sure which piece you're referring to.

3. Sounds like the seat height adjustment lever. If it's not working I would definitely get that fixed.
