However, I can also find 10 series FRSs with a manual with like 50k on them for about the same price. I prefer the Subaru, and thats what I've been lusting over for the longest time, but should I put aside my preferences and go with the FRS?

I'll be driving the car on almost strictly highways to class during the week and spirited driving on the weekends. No track days or anything.

I'm also assuming I won't be able to talk a dealer down from $14k (around 60k miles on those) or so to 13k on a BRZ Limited. Am I wrong?

PS: Please forgive me if this is in the wrong spot, I'm new here. Let me know and I'll be happy to ask my question in the appropriate thread

Alright, so it sounds like you need a car quickly? In that case, you gotta do what you gotta do to get something in budget. Both offer the same driving experience. If you had time I would say stick with getting the Subaru with what you want.

Other options for you include widening your search radius, waiting for something just right to show up, or waiting to increase your budget if you can.

Prices are very regional so keep that in mind, but you might want to start your own thread here in the Subaru section:

That's going to get the most attention and best answers as to how you can swing the Subaru option. Be more specific on time frame in that one (in case you have another ride) which will affect the advice you get.
