My buddy came over that is a fabricator and welded up intercooler piping. I bought a 45* 4" to 3" coupler for the LS throttle body. ($16 on ebay)

Had a 90* vibrant 2.5" fitting welded to the turbo, and bought a 2.5" to 3" coupler for that. ($50 for the vibrant 90 plus welding, $7 shipped for the coupler and it's mishimoto brand)

Then I bought the CX Racing universal intercooler kit on ebay for $121 shipped. Came with a bunch of piping, couplers, and t bolts. I have more than half of that leftover as extras as we didn't need much. The CX Racing piping is amazing, it's .5mm thicker than vibrant piping and it welds really nicely.

No pics available because he just tacked it here and took it to his shop to fully weld up so I will get pictures once I have it all back and installed. He charged me $150 to fit, cut, and weld everything up for me. That's extremely fair, I have about $600 into the intercooler, piping, custom fab work, couplers and tbolts. Can't complain.
