I went with lease takeover.
Took over 4 years lease with 2 years remaining.

With lease, people less incline to do mods. My was 2016 FRS pure stock with 16,000Km
And I have seen few leases takeover offers with extremely low mileage. I guess a lot of people get it as a toy but could not leave with it or had family, kids etc.

After paying lease for 2 years and buying out car my full price will be under $24,000 CAN ($18,000US) (this is tax in)

This is option you can investigate.
