Some advice.
Asperger's is just a label they give to people whos mentality/behavior falls into a defineable group. It is not something that is wrong with you, nor an excuse for anything. It is, however, useful in understanding yourself and your tendencies, and by understanding it, you can take control of it.
If you are an asshole (hypothetical useage), then you are still an asshole with Asperger's. But with Asperger's you aren't alone in the question of why you are an asshole, and enough people are an asshole for the same reason that someone figured out how those people can seem like less of an asshole to people without Asperger's.
Replace "asshole" with pretty much any character trait you want.
Tldr:. Use the tools your therapist gives you to understand yourself and how you are different, then use that understanding to improve your (insert what you want to get better at).
