How it works:
Year 1 - you have a cavity, I'll fill it.
Year 10 - that filling is all broken up, I'll do a root canal and fill it again
Year 20 - looks like we are going to have to do another root canal and put a crown on it.
Year 30 - hmmm..... that tooth has gotta come out.
Year 31 - OK, time for an implant (that's when I say screw it, I'll just chew on the other side).
