Simplest is to not unplug anything. Just plug hole from inside cabin with reusing second ciglighter socket plug from glovebox. No need to buy anything or even lifting hood to just test of how it's w/o soundtube. It's very subjective feel, but with 100% stock exhaust by i had wrong & subjective feel car becoming weaker/limp a bit, so stayed with that soundtube left functional. Probably wouldn't need to, if i had aftermarket exhaust.
