Without question, remove as many of your mods as you can and sell them separately, for 2 reasons:

1: People really do prefer (in general) unmodified cars if given the option (as ZAZ says), and there are plenty of unmodified cars in the market besides yours.
2: You might be able to claw back a couple of hundred bucks selling your parts to get you nearer to $20k

Lower your expectations regarding price. Red book values a 2013 GT between $13,700 and $18,600 in a private sale. The lower end of that bracket is for cars with km of 100,000km and yours has even more.
