I have replaced my MAF sensor with
Denso 197-6160 which can be found for less than $100 instead of stock sensor (
22680AA400). The substitute is working great, fits and looks exactly the same. If it works with my FI engine, it should work with any stock engine as well. Denso 197-6160 is more widely available since it is shared by many Toyota models including Corolla. I bought mine from Amazon for $80. FYI ...
