Sometimes high quality and designed for a specific platform are two different things I've found.
Especially when it comes to valving and spring rates.
How many of these companies will even give a option or even recommendations on what you want or need.
How many ask you what is your intended use, daily, track, autocross, road conditions, tarmac or gravel?
If you are not asking these questions, or if the manufacturer isn't giving you these options you cannot get something fit for purpose.
Luckily there are manufacturers that cover these requirements and have done the testing and research to get you where you need to be.
Modifications should never be considered "generic".
