As far as a school nurse having that knowledge, all that information is on the Internet and some of it was even on the local news.

As far as the shortage, I'm guessing that the drastically reduced profit margins caused the manufacturers to reduce production thus creating a shortage -

Yep, she has an allergic condition that may require an EpiPen injection. They are not required for all children.

Well, anyway, school will not start tomorrow anyway, because of a teachers strike.
