el-guapin I'm 28 years old and visit UK frequently and saw this a lot but never knew what this was. Thank you. Since it's not aesthetic I'm certain I can't just obtain a piece to attach to the bumper so will have to order it from Europe, and even then it will only be for the looks and not functional. Would have been nice to have it functional but I might just completely skip that one.
