To be honest, it's been sitting on the ground for months and I haven't tried to put it back in yet. I think it will fit though because the first couple times I test fit this engine I left the sway bar in. After the second time I got tired of moving the engine so much to avoid it, I pulled it out. But when it WAS in, with the sway bar, it cleared pretty good. The trans adapter sat just behind the sway bar, maybe like an inch behind it.
