The Traklite1 I mention are from their older forged line and no longer sold. The current Traklite line is cast/flow formed, and is heavier, but less expensive...still, not bad wheels. They also don't seem to be available in 16" either. I was lucky enough to scrounge up a used spare set, for the inevitable damage/replacement that happens over time. For now, I have a street set and a track set with different rubber.
