The Subaru BRZ LED Board replacements are designed specifically for the OEM BRZ's headlights. There's no board to replace in the FR-S' housings (until the later model years and special editions).
Unfortunately, the BRZ boards aren't compatible with the FR-S housings.
You can however, add these to your FR-S:
Diode Dynamics HD LED Halos for 2013-2015 Scion FR-S (pair)
