Now, if you were born with the markers that make you female, and want to be identified as male, as long as you act/dress the part I'm good with calling you he/him. Other way around as well.

if you want to be identified as "they" I'm good with that as well as long as you either 1) have active multiple personalities or 2) have mastered cell splitting to the point where you can replicate yourself into multiple forms.

But we have a perfectly good word in the language for someone that is not a he or she and I'm happy to call you "it", but using "they" in an improper context is offensive to me so I'm not going to use it. So it's either it or she, but I'm not going to call you they.
