Here's a diagram of the gap I'm talking about. I took digital calipers and measured 1.075" from the fender to the top of the tire. I know its the norm to measure from the center of the wheel to the fender, so that's probably the where the mixup is. I can take that if you like, but don't have it on hand. I'm not going slammed or anything crazy. Just bringing it down to a modest 1". That's it.
