I'm confused. Did the same fuse blow up both times? Did you replace the 7.5A fuse with a 15A fuse? If you did, you need to step away from the vehicle before you make things any worse. Fuses are there for a reason, and they are a spec'd to their respective limits for a reason too...

As Tcoat said, a fuse blowing is a symptom. It is a last line of defense before you fry something on the car. You need to find out what is causing the fuses to blow. We may be able to help, but we at least need more specifics.
