+1. Premium w/spoiler. I was fooled once when I saw a CBS Premuim w/spoiler and thought it was Limited until I saw the lack of fogs.
Back on topic, very painful to look at that pic.
My theories are as follows:
A.) He or she backed up with the door open and caught a very sturdy object (

B.) As previously stated, it was hit by a careless driver (although I'm still trying to figure out how the passenger door was involved...unless it was on a one way street with parking on the left
