At that point in time I had to have a totally reliable vehicle (well as reliable as you can get) since I drove almost 50K a year and could not have the car down for even a short time. That meant no taking chances to try to drag it out a bit longer. It was also the time period where I lost the shop space I had and all my tools and equipment got "stolen" (my father swore he had nothing to do with their disappearance) so I said screw it and stopped doing my own major work.

I don't want to even think of my old flame. Poor thing. 2009 Jetta TDI, with 60K when I turned her in due to emission scandal. had to remove and revert back to stock, the aftermarket alloy rims, coilovers, DPF delete and EGR delete pipes, and the tunes, She had torque to spare
But now she probable has been scrapped
