Most modern minivans are easily-capable of consistent 6-ish (or less) second 0-100 (62mph for you Yanks) runs, with close to 300hp on tap. For a lightweight momentum car like the Toyobaru, you'd need to do some extreme clutch abuse to make that happen (and even then, it'd be driver-dependent).
Don't underestimate either the van in a straightline (or the foolishness of the driver in the curves).
