Camberbolts are just mean to get extra adjustment range at lower mount. Only negative side to these i may see, they are a bit less strong then stronger/bigger diameter OE bolts and a bit easier to slip, but that's not an issue to most, as often that heavy hits may also damage something else, and slipping possibility can be lessened via using some locktite/paint/alike.
Now if you need them .. what camber you have without rubbing if maxing out via camberplates? Is that sufficient for you? Then i'd skip installing these. If you want even more camber then with plates, install in addition to them these. Optimum camber depends on tires one use and where/how one drives. One thing is optimum camber for daily driving, another - for track.
