I have been driving MT for 45 years and have a couple of million miles under my belt. I have driven 3 speed column shifted cars, 20 speed split axle non synchronized trucks, drag racing trannys with hair trigger clutches and just about any other MT you can name.
I also can still honestly say that sometimes my shifts are like butter, sometimes they aren't. I'm getting better though!
